Increasingly, Infinity is engaged to help clients with past CRM investments that have lost their way or / and business  relevance. We have now completed 15+ remediation programs to restore value, relevance and investment returns for our clients and their customers.

As Infinity is a completely independent firm [of product and integrators]  we are often used to manage large scale sourcing programs in the CRM domain, including cloud services, software, managed services, contact centres in both an on-shore and off-shore context.

Many clients use our skilled consultants to supplement their internal CRM teams. We are happy to provide Program Managers, Project Managers, Data Scientists, CRM Analysts and others on an as needs basis.
